NFPT certified personal trainer and author of two books . My main interest since the age of 25 has been longevity medicine. Raised to believe the answers were in traditional medicine, I acquired my BS in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Certified by the NLN in both Critical Care and Community Health and by the AHA as a Basic Life Support Teacher, and in Advanced Coronary Life Support, Certified by the NFPT as a personal trainer.I have held the highest standards in my profession. During my career in nursing administration I continued my education acquiring an MBA, PhD in Counseling, and certification as a hypnotherapist. During that time I wrote standards for Homecare quality of care. Seeking spiritual enrichment, I trained in the healing arts to become a level two Reiki Master. Fascinated by energy healing, I continued my education in natural health and acquired credentials as a Doctor of Naturopathy and Doctor of Natural Health. I am dedicated to teaching others the potential of alternative therapies. As a teacher of natural health and writer, I am board certified by the National Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Association of Natural Health. Due to my educational pursuits over the years, I have a unique view of medical and alternative therapies. I am author of two books: Quantum Fitness, A Spiritual Walk into Fitness, How to Prepare your Body for Biological and Chemical Warfare and author for hire on numerous Health Care Outcome Programs for Homecare Nursing, Physical Therapy, Psychological Nursing,and Occupational therapy..
